A ROOM FOR YOU was founded to provide temporary, high-quality shared housing for individuals experiencing housing insecurity including those recovering from traumas or addictions. We strive to provide a positive, nurturing atmosphere while utilizing local resources to optimize opportunities for growth towards independence and success for our residents.

What Makes Our Program Work?
Commitment
At A ROOM FOR YOU we provide a safe place for you to start your recovery journey. Success depends on genuine commitment to the work necessary to build healthy habits that enable you to achieve a life of independence. Living in community with others facing
similar struggles allows you to be part of a support group to help find renewed strength and purpose.
Accountability
Residents are expected to behave responsibly in the home and to help with chores. Curfews must be adhered to, and participation in group meetings within the home is mandatory. Upon entry, residents must agree to be tested regularly for drug and alcohol use. Respect and support for one another will be exhibited at all times.

Upon entry each resident is assessed. Goals are set based on individual needs. Together we map out each resident’s personal path to recovery.

Our Newest Home
A ROOM FOR YOU's newest home is a sober transitional living home for men located in Yucaipa, CA. We have found that some of our new guests need help getting started in sober living when they come directly from a treatment facility. Having their first month's room fee covered gives them time to find employment and establish a routine. Your donation to help with guest scholarships and operating expenses makes their transition easier and raises their chance for success. Please consider donating.
